what does everyone think of these for a black v6?

they are unfortunately not the carbon back jobbies..but at £650 a pair..you cant complain!

im sure fred from yozza has them and said they were somthing crazy like 70mm lower than standard..but im worried about cobra quality and "chav image" when compared to the 182 trophy seats that i really want..

Fake leather and fabric centre's, id go for the trophy seats mate, will look oem then too.

You'd have to add another £150ish for subframes and sidemounts too on these.

worth noting is that the recaro's are not proper leather either..

i do fancy the recaro's though!!

nothing wrong with Cobra mate. Their quality is right up there. I have the Imolas.

They are lower, but for the full on max lowness ull need to either mount them without the sliders, or get the extra low subframes.

i've had trophy seats and misanos and the seating position in the misanos is 100 times better,mine are full fabric and white backed

Very comfy! i had a set in my 182 and want another set for my 172. As good as threadline IMO.

i love the misanos very comfortable and supportive the only let are cobra subframes there not to pleasing on the eye

Got the misanos and did a non stop run from Mancs to London and felt just as fresh as when I started the journey.

Had them since September and they are nothing short of awesome. Had a guy with a 182 cup try my car out and he reckoned they were far better than his overweight factory fit recaros.

Car feels faster with these in as they are much lighter than FF 182 seats. Look much better as well with the carbon backs.

Want to get these trimmed to match rear bench eventually.

Not much point in a Vee as you say?

They are nice seats! very comfy too

Go for the cheaper option? Being as you wont see the backs once there in place.

you can't use the mega low frame with the misano

i've got misnaos in my V6, much much better than recaros IMO

I know they are not, but my money would go on Recaros or Sparco.

In my opinion...the recaro is the classier seat, it is OEM and will always be sought after..

but..the misano just edges it for looks..and lowness..but..given the choice of both seats for the same price..it would have to be recaro's (brand *****) lol

the rock fabric on cobra seats looks soooooooo cheap

the full leather misanos are nice mind, but as said before, the subframes have untidy welds, and dont cover up any of the pretentioner gubbins....

the quality of the recaros isnt fantastic mine turned up with broken plastics on the back which probably wasnt there fault but the slider mechanism is crap for how much they are
