coilover rebuild

i have H&R coilovers on my 182 cup, they have now covered about 35k, and there feeling a bit loose, was thinking about getting a rebuild.

how much am i looking at? were is the best place to go?

I really struggled to find anyone in the UK who would give me an answer. I as told H&R are quite hard to deal with in this country.

As there h&r do they have to go to h&r to get a rebuild? Could I not use a place like the place that trophy owners use to rebuild there dampers?

I've given up looking.

Will simply dismantle my old ones and sell for spare parts.
