If you're only interested in the way it sits, surely it's personal preference??

IMO whatever height makes it corners the best on B- Roads.

I dont think your following. Its going to the garage to be fitted. I sharnt be around to advice at what height so im after mm's that previous members have adjusted theirs to that makes the car sit well. Its very clear the front of most sit rediculously high. Well my cup does at least.

Just get them fitted... then when you get home jack it up and adjust with C spanners until you find a preferred height.

It's about as complicated as a 3 year olds tickle me elmo.

When you say this garage is fitting them are they setting them up aswell?

If not I'd imagine they will simply bolt them to the car and on your way son.

I'd imagine you'll need four wheel laser alignment once you've adjusted them to the height you want, the wheels will be all over the place.

  Dodgy one
With the nose pointing down slightly approx 40mm lower

To give you an idea

TBH I'd get them fitted, go home, play about with the height till your happy, let it settle then get them set up.

+1 they take a few miles for the springs to bed in and if it aint for track then slam it on it arse till you can just get over speed humps

I'd go lower mate, I think mine is slightly lower than that atm but I want to get my front end down a bit more.

I can still get over most speed bumps... There's one road near me with those ones that are supposed to fit between the wheels of an ambulance etc that scrape the s**t out of my exhaust.

Cheers for all the comments lads but i have one further question. Seems as alot of you seem to have your cars lower than mine, do you have issues with scrubbing the arch lining etc? As i do. The tyre profile is 195/45 would this be why?

Dont nother going lower. If you drive the car for what it was made for (thrashing down B roads) i wouldnt go any lower. Mine is probaby about 10mm higher than yours (on bilsteins).... all these low cars are show ponys ;)

Same, been playing about with mine since janurary lol. Ive had the toe set up, but im running positive camber rarther than the 1.5 deg negative I crave for each time i drive it. My tyres feel like they are about to rip off ffs.

Do you suffer with scrubbing?
