Coilovers for 1997 1.2 8v Face Lift

Got a 1.2 8v 1997 Clio Facelift, Biarritz.
Wanting to know how low it can go on coilovers? and if its worth while spending the money on coilovers or will it still only go as low as it would on lowering springs (60mm springs) cheers
