Coilovers for daily use?

I wanna lower the 172 in near future, are H&R coilovers a waste of money if your not going to track the car?

Im not too fussed about the harsh ride as my old car had koni yellows all round on firmest setting and it was fine, would people just upgrade to say koni springs/shocks, keep it standard with eibachs or just all out coilovers?

Or is it just down to personal preference?

Nope H and r's are great there a bit soft for track use realy but there great for road use.

I'd do H and R etc or nothing just refresh stock setup as that was a good setup.

I have had standard 172 suspension, 172 up suspension, sportlines, H+R coilovers and 182 cup pack suspension.

I would say that the H+R would be an improvement over all the ones I have had. It just feels so planted.

Bump steer is reduced by loads too.

I run H&R coilovers on my 172, not much difference in regards to ride comfort...
