Coilovers or Springs

Right guys just bought Toms old 172 and its in need of lowering, i use to own a pug 206 quiksilver which i had slammed on gaz coilovers, these were very crashy and i'm now weary of any form of coilover

as i'm new can i have variations of suspension setups, e.g. springs / damper & springs / coilovers. pictures would be great.

Im running turinis which are 16" (i think, havent looked at the rubber )

slammege with any coilies will lead to a very stiff ride but i would still go for coilovers.

Search through there you should get a good variation of setups.
However eibach sportline or proline springs are good and can be ran with your OE dampers so visually and handling wise are better but still comfy.

i think i might go down the eibach sportline route, looking at a 40-50mm drop? I like lowered cars
