Coilovers Problem...Please Help !

Car  BMW 330ci
Last week I fitted coilovers and I've got a knocking noise coming from the back passenger side. Cannot think what this is, I've tightened the bolt which is in the boot, but can't help thinking it can still be this. Also they are Raceland coilovers, just wondering if there is anything I can do to stop them being SO bouncy, I know they should be bouncy just wondering if there was anythning I could do to reduce it.

Thanks in advance :)

your wheels may be catching on the inner arch, there was a thread on here before with a guy who had the same issue, turned out to be his 172 wheels catching the inner arch, take your wheels off and have a look see if you can see any rubbing. a set of 5-10mm spacers should help, It could be the exhaust like the other guy said but i wouldnt know.
