Cold air feed

Anyone have a good Idea where I can run a cold air feed from as the engine bay is a little tight. Dont really want to take a fog out though.

Also the black air box has nothing in it, the filter is behind the block so what is it for?

well, it cant be much bigger than my 1.2 so, u see the grill where the www. is???? left hand side......there should be a blanking plate behind the grille i would imagine, cut a circle in it, stick a pipe in it and steer it to wherever the hell u want! thats what ive got on mine!air taken from straight behind the grille, to the filter, cheers, Rob

Grills are big enough aint they? Or does they radiator fill it?

nah the left side (looking from the font) is totally open, the radiator covers the right hand side. i need to get hold of a bigger bore pipe as im using an old pipe off our nackered Panasonic Hoover!!! lol...... 1.5" diameter lol

The engine for the 1.6 is bigger than the 1.2.

I removed the blanking plate on my 1.2 the way you said, If I do it on the 1.6 I think it might come in contact with the radiator or the engine.
