Cold but Clean

Not the nicest of days, but I gave the car a clean since fitting my newly refurbed alloys and lowering it :)

I fucked up one centre cap whilst painting, thats being fixed at the moment and then they will be back on (I think)

Or do I go for no centre caps, new shiny things to cover the end nuts, (as I'm missing three) and some black bolt covers????

I was thinking put some black bolt caps on the wheel bolts, and get a whole new set of those gold caps that go on the end of the axels? I'm kinda feeling the no cap's look.

I can't decide, some of my mates hate them without centre caps, some think it looks awesome without, and I really don't know.

Rob, Cheers, clean-ish but not by your standards tbh . I couldn't actually afford some SRP either, so I still haven't got around to giving it a damn good polish!

Now you say about the black bolts and new center covers, it would look nice, i like the caps off look, but dont like them ones at the mo, would look good with bolt covers and new middle cover.

You should have asked. I got a spare un-opened bottle ! Might have even helped slap it on earlier today :)

Now I do wanna cry! Car could really do with it, and I coulda done with the help! Cheers for the thought of the offer though. LOL!

Being poor means my cleaning products are gone. I used the last tiny bit of my shampoo today which is why it's not quite as shiny as usual.

Got an interview weds for a depressing job so that'll have to do though!

Only car that pulls the no centre caps look off is Android, so get em back on mate.

Looks very tidy otherwise.

Gotta have the caps on for these wheels imo, they dont work at all with them off.

If you can deal with driving a pink clio, you can deal with no centre caps :rasp:

Did you do anything more than a quick sponge bath to the car (i.e.: a coat of wax) ? I'll be back home about 1300 tomorrow if you wanna pop over. Got nothing better to do between getting muddy on the bike and the Brazil GP later on

Think I managed to get the cap I screwed up back to a resonable state of primer yesterday, so I'm going to sand it back today and put some paint on it. If the results are bad it'll be a new centre cap :(

Caps on.. very clean Ph1.2 :rasp:

The front bumper issue could be a loose or missing bolt under the arch liner.. could also be where the bumper attached at the front (just under the top grill with the torx screws) the hangers where the bumper sits and screws into are sh!t like soft metal, mine dropped like mad, rubber mallet and some upward bashing sorted it out a trick! remember... undo the battery for 20mins, stops the airbags from going off!

Good job though loving the wheels! I need a refurb..!

What the hell is your 'hamlet' lol.

Waiting on my chicken roast.. Hmm.. Not to sure if I want it mind.. Take it you didn't fancy the Hop Farm meet today then?

It's not a village, it's too small, therefore it's a hamlet !

GP on later and i've only just got back from 20 miles of watching Victoria's bum go up and down
