Cold feed via fog light surrounds... Has anyone done this?

  Clio 182
Hi guys,

Got my OZ F1's and they are looking awesome. i should finish them this weekend and ill have them on the car. I will defently add pics!

Im having thoughts on removing the fog lights and using the holes as a cold feed ducts.
Now i can see its possible but im wondering if anyone has done it... and what were your thought? any advice?

reason for doing it is my cold feed currently is very close to the tow eye and i want the tow eye to be clear for my new tow strap and i think it will look awesome.

All comments will be helpful..

Cheers

Alright Mike,

I am currently putting a kit together for this, met a lad last night whos 182 was a demo car for me he is doing both sides for brake cooling. I'll have a thread/how to guide with pictures when he has finished and sent me them. So keep checking my section. I can send you the correct size trumpet and ducting out now. PM me with what you want mate.

Cheers

Hi Mike,

I have cold air feed via the fog light's. It was done when I brought the car, will take some pic's and add then later this week to give you some ideas.

Loads of people have done this. I have - not too difficult, but it will require you to remove the carbon canister and reposition the horns.

I just bought a load of CAF piping from Merlin, then cut it to length and taped it to the actual fog surround itself.

Do a search, been covered loads :)
