cold starting

very weired think happend the other day and again this morning. turn the key in ignition and electrics came on fine. turn engine and nothing happened...? didnt even try and turn over nothing????? don tknow why ..anyone. in the end i just held it there and after a couple of seconds and it then turn on no probs was very weired. could it be my cold start valve? also my idle is very low ..asin 400 ish can anything be done to raise it.

its weired. You got a low idle aswell
