Thought id start a thread so people could show off there pics from the game, so just bung them in here and enjoy them.

Heres some of mine, (just so you know it tells you in the book how to take photo's)

play a stage, watch the replay, when you see a good shot pause the replay then press the "PS" button on your joypad then scroll to the "photo" menu on your crossbar and it will pop up saying something like save screenshot colin mcrae dirt2

simple plug in a usb key lol or one of the many memory cards you can plug in

I'm assuming its a similar method for taking photos on an Xb360.

Correct, but thats for PS3, assuming "PS button" uis something to do with PS3. I'm assuming it will be similar for XB, need to scope this out this evening.

Maybe I'm just a n00b lol.

This sounds like one of the few times that the PC version would be much easier to take screenshots with!

I've got FRAPS installed and the Enter key mapped to take screenshots. Anything can be taken as a screenshot - menus, in-game, replays, etc.

Anyways, is DiRT2 worth buying then?

Its a new feature of the 3.00 XMB firmware so PS3 only chaps!

That said I tried this earlier and whilst its not as easy as FRAPS on the PC we could start loads of PS3 pics threads as it does produce high quality pics.

Darren its a decent game, superb graphics but best enjoyed in front of the plasma with a few beers!

Nice photos. The Honda truck is pretty awesome, I rollded that 5 times after taking a crest waaaaay to quick last night, rolledit about 6 times after launching a good couple hundred metres at a height of 50 odd feet LOL

For the first time ever, I am jealous of those with a PisS3.

Its all done through firmware so no reason why they couldn't add in the functionality! Its not as if Sony haven't copied most of Lives functions!

BIFCAIDS are they pc shots ? the xbox360 gfx are great but not as crisp as those shots.
