Colour Coding (bit gutted)

So i spend about £20 and nearly a week sanding down various bits after the sucess of my side strips.

just added the front bumper tonight and im begining to wish i haddnt, im sure when i get the rest of the car clean it will look better.

i think is still looks better than standard.

what you think??
id still never get it done professionally.

difficult to see the imperfection to be honest. is it the colour match?

i know i had a nasty reaction with the black paint so ive had to plasti kote over mine

doesnt reflect like the bumper does. dunno looks ok but im im unsure looks really matt

only laqured once as the tin says!!

Did you gently rub down the final top coat with p1600 wet and paper (used wet)?

This helps the finish.

p1200, yes, then washed it. then dried it, then laquered it once.

I've done bits on my car, you can never really match it 100% using cans (especially lacquer).

Looks fine to me tbh

another coat of laquer and some wax, and it will be fine
