Been searching for a 45+ diesel and this seems to fit the bill between not sh^t model and not starship mileage.
Budget is £2k - unless anyone else has any ideas.

Ideally. Baby is still only 5 months and as an example I'm driving an A8!

Tbf, that passat looks like a bit of a deal.

Good engine, like you say decent spec and not stupid mileage.
