computer virus help?

my brother downloaded something and now cant get rid of it.

i installed adaware and it fixed explorer going to the same site and the home page going to the same site.

but i cant get rid of the virus alert thing in the corner by the clock.

tried google but cant find an anwser

any help?

Remove annoying ‘blinking’ icon from your tray… Delete >>> c:\program files\helper\txdkfh.dll or better… Delete the folder, if this is a problem, do it in safe mode.
