i have been looking at insurance quotes to work out prices for current mods and future mods i have had quite a few quotes but for some reason the prices seem to be going up daily and now admiral quotes are not showing up on any new quotes i make.

my best admiral quote was £683 mid last month and now it is more like £720 but i cant get anymore new quotes cos admiral quotes dont show up

Just give them a call, I saved over £200 from the online quote and phoning them up (elephant)

yeah i was going too but not due until the end of the month just getting ideas on costs, how did you manage to get £200 off??

I got a quote on compare the market - cheaper than going direct.

Then I beat them down further! get innnnnnnnnnnn

Admiral Bell Direct line and Elephant are the best options as said try gettin an online quote then phoning to try and barter with them. Im insured full comp with Admiral for £720 on a 172 at 21 so ive decided to stick with them. worth a call though as i like their customer service always happy to move things about for me over the years.

yeah will do, bell are the only ones that are giving me a quote out of those, elephant and admiral have become unable to give me a quote even on compare the market, but yeah will deffinetly give them a call before purchasing i like to do it anyway just to make sure everything is correct and my insurance will be valid.

They re not on comparison websites because they prefer you to phone them to go through details. If you phone admiral dont quote a price thats too cheap ie £350 and say Bell gave you it as their sister companies so they can easily check their systems and say your lying. Both are good though. Try sticking your gran or mum on the policy as a named driver for some reason this brings it down. With you as the policy holder and main driver you ll build up your no claims quickly with their 10 month for 12 thing. Good luck

Confused.com = Bell/Admiral/Elephant.

Thats why they always come up cheapest on the pricings ...
