Connecting laptop to HD LCD TV...

Possible?

My lappy is old and quite a pleb spec one at that. Is there a way? Quite like the idea of a wireless keyboard and mouse and a 32" monitor, but don't think it's possible. My lappy dosen't seem to have any outputs...

Most (well in recent years) laptops had/have VGA outputs on them. Simply connect that to the VGA/DVI input on the TV.

I've got a VGA and my TV has S-Video and HDMI, scart and component inputs.

What the best way to hook up the tv and is it worth it for the results?
