hi folks first post looking for info on here. lets hope your as good as the vw placs i normally frequent!

however theres a bit of an issue in that i can't get it to work via usb or via aux line. :S i suspect it's something to do with the headunit not picking up the kit as a 'cd changer'.

has anyone got any ideas on what i need to do to get it to work?

Correct me if i'm wrong - but the Trophy's have the povety spec HU which is not compatable with a CD changer. You'd need the update tuner list (or something like that) for that type of lead to work.

i could be wrong, just get a better HU?

can you acutally select the cd changer / aux in? if not these settings can be changed in the advanced menu.
