Cracked paint work

I was cleaning my car the other day and i noticed this on the back left bumper, wanted to know if there was any cheap fixes as don't really want to splash out for a full respray or anything.

Cheapest fix is buying a second-hand bumper.

Something has hit that/it's hit something, for the paint to bend and crack. It's likely that's cracked right the way down, so polishing won't do bugger all. You can pickup a rear bumper for probably £20-100, so not bad at all.
