crankshaft damper pulley HELP

Hi guys,
So my crank pulley just split itself in half (the rubber bit flew out), as i was looking for a pulley i found that the part number i need is 8200386460, and the price is about 100 pounds, but then i came up with part number 8200386446 with that costs much less and seems to suit the same purpose, a part by lucas (which afaik is decent company) costs around 30 pounds.

Anyone here can help me out?

You can't use the cheaper one.

It's about £126 now.

yep figured it out by now.
found it for about that price, thing is - i'm not in the uk but in israel - here it costs about 300 pounds
anyways, maybe found a used one to keep the car going while i find a way to get one from the uk without being "raped" by the customs (they'll ask for paperwork that just doesn't exist).
