Gear stick lower gaiter

I was going to swap out my gear stick as my knob is looking a bit worn. I've tried various leather creams, but it's just had too many sweaty hands abusing it.
I've got a PH1 shifter unit to go in, but looking at it the gaiter underneath, that i assume protects the ball joint from road grime, it has completely split in to two pieces.
Does anyone know where to get one? Googing the part number on it (renault 7700863684G) doesn't help...

No, but i got a few offers of second hand units. Plus a lot of messages from people with the same issue.

I cut up and wrapped a couple of laytex gloves around the gaiter and used spay glue to bond it to it .
Seems like it’s working.
