Crappy Toe eye thingy!!!!

Was toeing a mates 19 16v with my valver, put the the clamp through the toe hole next to the zorst. Toed it about half a mile before it ripped through my rear toe eye and went flying back in to his left fog light smashing it to bits an cracking the bottom left of his bumper:oops:..........ooops!!!!

I mean is there any point of this toe eye if it can be split and twisted like a tin can!!!!!!

Will take some pics of the twisted f**ker of a toe hole in the morning.....

Got to say my mate has had some bad luck ever since he bought this car....second day he had it some woman drove in to the side of it......feel sorry for him but at the same time I cant help but laugh:devilish:

It might have something to do with the fact you were toeing a 19! They must be over a ton! I toed my brother home the other day (AX GT - 720ish KG) and that was fairly hard.

Dont know if there is a weight limit to toeing a car.....

Thats another use for my Tow Bar... it has its own hoop!

Towed a m8s XR4x4i - Not easy through Brands Hatch - its a bit hilly...

tow.......;)

to toe someone is slightly more pervered than to finger that same person.......hahaha

i was being towed by my mate in his beemer and my front 1 ripped off!and the flew and dented his exhaust! dont know how im gona fix it yet

Ive got to replace mine, Im thinking of getting one of those big red towing rings, I assume the best place to mount it to is the subframe?

Hope this does not sound odd. Virtually all the "towing eyes" on any modern car are nothing of the sort. They are tie downs for transporting your beloved to its dealer & on flat beds (to get our unreliable Clios to the dealer)

. Although they can handle a bit of strain. Pull too much, say good bye to part of your front/back end!!!!

Towing almost went out with the ark. There are not many breakdowns in modern cars and we are all supposed to pay for breakdown cover. Yet another conspiracy;)
