creaking noise after fitting new coilovers

  KTM 990 SD / S60 D5
I seem to getting a creaking noise coming from the suspension,it only seems to happen when the car is either going slowly round a bend or moving in a car park ect, also when the car is not moving and you wind lock to lock it makes the same creaking noise but worse, when driving the car hard it doesn't make any noise that I make out,is this just the suspension bedding in or do I have a problem, please help going the ring Thursday
Just wanted to add I have fitted solid top mounts also, may be its them?

First do the easy checks, look around check the wheels aren't catching something, look for signs of rubbing

If not jack the front up and put some weight on the wheels & watch your mounts.
First set of solid mounts I had were replaced under warranty as the bearings had seized up and made noises like you have described.

What coilovers & mounts have you got on mate?

I have h&r's and ktec top mounts, like I say only dose it when the car is standing still really, not really loud but just sounds a bit strange, going to have a good look tonight with a mate, deffo not rubbing or anything and sounds fine when going. I would have thought it would get worse when going quicker if it was anything to serious.

Car is having the geometry set up today so maybe they might find a problem, put some powerflex front arb bush's on the other day as well, but could only get the outer ones on the inner ones are a pig to put on when you are on your back and couldn't get them on.

Alignment was quite a bit out when it first went on the machine, but after they had done there thing it was all good, front right caster is still out very slightly, other that the alignment is bang on,found that the noise is coming from the bottom on the front coilovers where the bottom spring is totally compressed, only seems to happen when you are on a grppy surface, done it in Asda car park on nice brand new tarmac, didn't hear it all, going to have a chat with the company I got them from, but I don't think its any thing to worry about and will sort its self out.
