creaking noise help please

Right even since took car on rockingham track its been making a funny creaking noise when braking coming to a stop and setting off slowly I thought it was brakes but just fitted my brembo disks and new ferrodo pads new fluid did lot but still doing it?
Help appreciated.

have you checked the top strut mounts, anti roll bar drop links etcs? i'd put my money on a worn bush!

No noth checked them mate the day before I had my sportlines fitted and never heard the noise before they was on don't know if could be something to do with that
