Creaking top mount

Hey all

My drivers side top mount seems to squeek? do i need a new one? or just a regrease or something?

Also if i need a new one, do i need the bearing to or just the rubber mount?

Turn the wheel left hand down so the rubber raises itself then try a little duck oil in and around the mount.

IIRC the reason for the squeek/creaking is water gathering in the mount and causing rust etc

Duck oil/WD40 same thing lol.

You will get it anywhere

Try the front outer anti roll bar bushes mate grease them thats what mine was

FWIW - WD40 is oil-based and rots rubber, If it were me, I'd use something synthetic like a motorbike chain lube or silicone lubricant.

Ive just got KTR solid top mounts fitted along with sportlines, still get creaks coming from somewhere... It annoys me so so much!

mines only when im turning and going slowly :S really annoying creeking
