So my brake pedal creaks... but only when I take my foot OFF the pedal.
Engine on/Engine off doesn't affect it.
Can be heard inside the car at reasonable volume. Not a noise immediately obvious from outside, under the bonnet or with your head underneath it on that side....
It's not a squeak or the usual pivot creak you sometimes get on pedal boxes, it kind of sounds like a duck slowly dying...
