Righty ho,

Im creating a website for a friend of mine and I want to have a section at the bottom of the page which is a 'Latest News' section which he can update, I have looked at the likes of Wordpress which is exactly what I need, but how do i customize it to be at the bottom of the page in a table, rather than being a completely separate page?!?!

Thanks in advance!

Sam

If you search on the official WP site there is a page there that tells you how to create a php page exactly how you want it.

But really I'm with gabi on this. I'd just use WP for the full site and build a template to suit your needs/look. Dead easy to use.

thanks Sym :)

Wordpress is a good CMS, very good, a more complex one is joomla.

Excellent stuff.

Show us your results, always good seeing other peoples skills.

Thanks,

G.

Hmm,

Im not too familiar with PHP really, guess I could learn.

It just seems odd to scrap the whole design which I have done so far, and start again using WP as my CMS!!

Gotta be an easier way!
