Cup brake fluid

My brake fluid is really low, every time i go round a left hand sweeping bend at say 50-60 the stop light along with handbrake light comes on, then once straightend out the lights flicker and then go off. Brake are ok though. Anyone know what type of brake fluid to top up with???

go to renault and get some, same stuff for all clio models iirc

if your fluid is low, its possible your pads are on the way out

Any dot 4 or 4.1 will be fine just dont use 5.1.

As fred said though your pads are probably a bit low.

Should it run below min if the pads are low though? Its about an inch under the min line.

mine used to exactly the same thing when the pads were about 1/3 worn it you look at the shape of the master cylinder its a perfect shape to swipe away fluid when going round left hand bends, just top it up, i did and havnt had any problems since
