Cup brakes

  Renaultsport 172 Cup
I know I know......

In need of front pads and discs for my 172 cup - pretty desperate.

Not paying 250 quid to renault for it - I can get it all fitted myself.

Question is..........

What pads and discs?

Where from? and,

How much?

My apologies for posting this. There's too many choices in previous posts!!

Cheers lads

  Weeman sucks ****
Ferodo DS2500's
Brembo std discs

and if budget allows...

Goodrisge lines

Excellent setup

yozzasport.co.uk is probably the best price.

Nice one lads. Cheers.

Is it better to have drilled grooved etc?

It would look better with bigger brakes?

Want to keep the budget low!

So a dearch but I don;t belive that grooved or drilled discs really help that much but I imagine it also depend on what your going to be doing, fast road or lots of track.

Drilled/grooved discs will make b**ger all diference on the road performance wise but they will look nice.

I'd go for the Brembos and Ferodo pads myself

Spot on..best value for money and you shouldnt need any more than this on the road.

Yozza does this as a Kit and they are the cheapest.

Drilled or groved disks make a s**t noise after a while, sounds like when a bearing is on its way out, had to get rid of mine..
