Cup components on new Clios

Bit confused with this, all new non RenaultSport Clios now have the Cup Front Spoiler apparently, to add to that the Dynamique has body coloured bumpers, mirrors and a "Sports Rear Spoiler", whilst the Extreme seems to get many of the sports bits too.

Does anyone have or have seen one of these new Clios? From what I can work out the Dynamique now shares much of the exterior bodywork of the 182 (right down to a silver end to the bumper according to the image at my local Dealer), whilst all other models get the front spoiler and a few other bits. Oddly enough headlamp washers are now a free option (again, apparently)

I checked on the Renault Configurator site and this appears to be backed up by them, but all imagery on the actual Renault site still shows the Clio in its "old" form.

Surely the front bumper is different from that of the 182....and the back one...and come to think of it the sideskirts..

Not according to the dealer and the Renault site itself, "Cup Front Spoiler" is the exact terminology used, and it looks identical.

I believe the rear spoiler is still the one found on my 03 Dynamique which is a bit shorter.

The front splitter i had on my authentique was completely different from that on the 182..



It cannot be the same, as the front bumper is a different shape...

As I said the images on the Renault site still show the Dynamique with the old front (and its clearly not been updated because they still have black bumpers) as youve shown above.

Im just going by what I was shown, and although I wasnt sure myself the Renault website itself clearly states "Cup Front Spoiler" for most of the new Clio models. Im assuming it will be introduced for 05 cars..?

The 182 has a unique front bumper. The Cup front spoiler is an additional lower lip. The Dynamique and Extreme 4 have a different front bumper, on the Extreme 4 its totally colour keyed, whereas the Dynamique has black inserts.

The rear spoiler on an Extreme 4, Dynamique and 182 are all the same. The Cup rear spoiler is larger and the V6 rear spoiler larger again.

The only difference was that the 172/182 non cups rear spolier wasnt colour coded and it was exactly the same as the dynamique.
