Cup leather retrim

How much would it cost to have the whole of the 172 cup interior retrimmed in leather? cheaper than a couple of bucket seats+ a roll cage?

I got a quote of £600 approx for all seats+ door cards, choice of colour etc. From a local re-trimmer.

You'd be better off with buckets instead, imo.

But my seats are standard.

IMO a full leather re-trim would look out of place in the cup, however buckets are an acquired taste for day to day driving

i'd personally get the seat from a normal mk2 172, the leather and alcantara suits it perfectly

at the end of the day, regardless of what model clio you've got, the seats are the same. from dynamique to cup, they just have diferent trim on them

Yer as Bryan said, the half leather suits the car very well.

You could probably get that for less than a retrim (£600) and then sell on your current seats.

Also as Bryan said, they are the same seats, so you wouldn't get more hold from them or a lower driving position, which you would get from buckets.

Full leather look crap in a cup. The 172/182 interior is much nicer

there was a cup in the auto trader a few months back, it had a custom leather interior (i think it was cream & blue) and it had cup embroidered on the seats.
I think he said it was a 2k re-trim !

Agree with that. IIRC, Neil82Cup has ph1 172 seats in his Cup.
