Cup speedo sensor

Thought I'd replace the speedo sensor as it looks a fairly easy fix. Wrong. Doesn't want to budge. Any ideas how to shift it? Looks like its only held in with a couple of clips.

Just wiggle and pull.

they can get very stiff due to road grime, hot then cold temperature etc

Currently sat on the inlet manifold, pulling with my weak ginger arms. Not going to happen I don't think.

I couldn't do mine, Mick pulled it out in seconds

Never say never. Popped off next pull. Can't beat a good tug and covering everywhere in slime. Especially when your dad comes to give you a hand and the neighbours are watching.
