77 00 429 000 is the number on the box mine came in.

No idea on price.... think they are about £30.

They have compression type clips on them that look as if they are only meant to go one way. Should push out with a bit of brute force and ignorance.

If your getting it sprayed Iceburg, be warned that there are 5 different revisions of Iceburg silver.

cheers guys, was going to make sure the paint shop checks the code on the door anyway, is that enough to make sure they get the right colour? thanks for all your help by the way, its great

Btw, the MV640 code is only part of it.... My mate who sprayed mine put the code into his computer at work ( he works for land rover - they have access to every paint code yuo can think of!) and it came nack with 5 revisions. He checked the colour cards and there were five different types of Renault Iceburg.

We had to match it with the naked eye. Closest to mine was rev 5.

I don't know if it's coincidence but my code did have the number 5 below it and is one of the last 172's.....

I had removed mine yesterday due to re-paint. You can use a flat screw driver (with a clothes wrapped) to pull up the edge of the brake light. Then about the plug for the LED, just unclip and pull. The brake light is surround with rubber seal to protect water get in. No screw or tape for the brake light.

I am sorry you broke yours.

the paint code in the door shut will come up with the 5 variants, you have to pick the best match by eye
