CUP spoiler on 1.2

I have had a cup spoiler on my car for a couple of months now but the brake light connector is not the same as the one that connected to my original spoiler light. Can any1 help???

i had this problem m8 with mine u have the round conector i presume like i did , if u take a hacksaw and carefullly remove the plastic around the outside it is the same conector i side just woith a round casing on , or this is how i did it or u can by new elecerical conectors from places like maplin
