Cup suspension on 182 and 172

Apart from the tyres, what are the precise differences between the 182 with Cup option and 172Cup in terms of suspension? Is the 182 with Cup option exactly the same set up as a 172Cup? I know the tyres are different.

No the 182 "cup" setup is not the same Cup/172
