just registered folks. ive got a cup and need to get a exhaust to give the car the sound is deserves. had a full magnex on the valver i had before and loved it. is the magnex the one to go for? saw pictures of a member on this site with a supersprint which looked nice but comments said its very loud. some advice please. even better has anyone got downloadable sounds of their systems?

i have the supersprint and its very loud but gives my car 152 at the wheels so a very nice power boost tbh i also think it looks the best

Am toying with getting a Magnex for my Cup... not sure yet... still unhappy about the obviousness of the back box. As for pictures there is a recent post in Media of a Cup with the 6x4 oval Magnex and there are several 172s with Magnexes... 172gal has the 6x4; telford_mike and Lee M have the twin 3.5" and there are pics.

dogmaul, u say very loud, just how loud is very loud, does it sound nice or just a racket to wake up the neighbours. had enough of that with the full mongoose on the escort rs turbo a while back. i saw the picture of yours in the site. do you have any pictures of it on the car?

um nope sorry no one took apicture on saturday grr its loud but its a nice sound its very deep below 4500 them from there it really sings sounds like a rally car

its top quality t304 stainless very thick stuff very well made anyone who has seen one of the systems of the car can vouch for the build quality

it was 469 inc vat with 10% discount from the membership

I can confirm the build quality on the supersprint its 100x better than ANY of the other systems i have seen (magnex+k-tec(sorry chaps)) It fits better than a OE exhaust!!!! and the sound is amazing (loud, but very nice!!!!!) Its expensive, but you do get what you pay for!!!!!

TBH the K-tec and the Magnex and equal on build quality, the Mangex is the queitest one, and the K-tec is the best allrounder IMO (for sound and quality)

word of warning, your car might need a remap if you go for the supersprint, it screws up the fueling!!!! (remap = £350)

It needs doing for power but doesnt cause it 2 run too lean??

Might buy one as a crimbo present for my car. Decided there not point pissing around with a magnex, im still young and stupid!!!

it does cause the fueling to go iffy but not as much as a viper so your ok both mine and mathews are ok really could be better but hey ho mine should also have a viper on it soon and a unichip i hope

Do powerflow exhausts mess with engine/fuel management at all?
