Custom exhaust - rubber mount

Hi all,
I have a clio 182 ktec race car and it has a custom exhaust. Unfortunately the exhaust mount has perished and I am after a new one but it’s not standard

any ideas where I can get a replacement from? There are no markings on it or the exhaust to work out who made it I am afraid
