Cutting OUT!

Car  Was a Clio 1.8 16v


My mk3 Fiesta RS Turbo!!! :@ (Starting to wish id bought a Williams)

What the fu*k. A few weeks ago it started doing this but cleaned the connections in the ECU and has been fine since.

Now when it does it, it doesnt make a rapid clicking noise @ the relays like last time but still judders then the revs r all over the place when u leave it at idle b4 it cuts out.

Any1 hav any help?
 


PS: Last time the problem was a loose earth connection in the ECU which is why a relay was ticking with electrics on but wouldnt start! :cry:

Suggest you speak to some blokes on interford in the RS section............not as many yobbos as the otehr forums

Actually been thinking about a Williams all day but NO. It aint gonna beat me. ;)

On the postive side: my brand new WRC twin core alloy intercooler (welded by pro-drive) came today! :cool:
 


Give me a while to get everything tickaty boo & ill blow u away if u want. ;)

With injectors im looking @ 190BHP, untill then around 175! :cool:
 


Id still have a good go at ya mate. Try sittin at 130 for more than 2 mins in a turbo hehe
 


I am trying to remmber if yours uses an ICV. Anyway if it does thech this.

If not then check the stepper solenoid arms clean and free to move.

EEC1V innit? Should be ICV.

i met a lad at a cruise who came over cos he used to have a valver hed changed it for an escort rst

you kno wot he sed to me lol he sed never swap ur valver for an rst cos it nevers runs rite an ur always fukin about with it lol

Actually been thinking why the fu*K didnt i buy a Williams recently but it will be worth it when it IS running sweet (if ever ;)).

Still fancy a Williams 1 day though.
