Danh90, the boot is there to stop the grease escaping, the grease is there to stop the joint wearing excessively quickly.
Replacing the boot after the joint has worn out is about as much use as opening a window after you have thrown a ball through it.
You dont just need a new boot, you need a new joint/shaft. As given the power you will be putting through it even if you can shut it up a bit with more grease, it will still die soon anyway if its already worn.
Shaft should see exactly zero load when you press on the top of the wheel with your knee.
