hi there,im paul,just joined cliosport and started using the forum for different things,I was reading about your dension ipod fitting,just wondering where you got the brodit cradle from and does the glove box door clear it ok,I ve got the dension mini ipod link but have had to put it on a bracket beside phone(all looks a bit messy)How did you get the cables all out of sight,and finally how did you pop off the hazard warning light part above the stereo.Hope you can help.thanks

when i say fitted a bracket next to phone,i havnt gone putting screws in dash,only had the car 3 weeks so want to keep all in original condition,

Well, the hazard-warning bit of the dash just pops out. Pull it towards you from the bottom (once you’ve got the HU out). The Brodit thingy is real easy to fit. It comes with a little plastic wedge to open a gap in your dash – I just popped out the HU out a bit instead. See this:

You can get them from loads of sites. All seem to charge te same - about £15.

Glove box doesn’t get caught, even had enough room to run the cable up to the cradle down the side of the glove box door. Hasn’t come out too well on this phone pic:

excellent,thanks very much,ive just popped out the hazzard bit,now i can see where all the space is around the head unit after ive struggled to put the hu back in so many times,thanks again,will now be ordering a proclip
