Dab ariel fitting and stalk controls?

Hey Everyone, so I recently fitted a Pioneer DEH-4800DAB to my 182. I've just purchased one of those windscreen ariels for it. How do I go about getting the cable from the passenger corner of the screen to the head unit? Every time I've had the unit out there never seems to be anywhere to route it.

Also are there any adapters available for my head unit model for stalk controls? If not then I can take the stalk off.

For the aerial, top left corner of the windscreen. Dash top and a pillar trim off gives a nice route to run the wiring.

Before you start pulling bits out to run the ariel wires plug it in and see if the radio can find anything through it. The stick on one's aren't that good, a roof mount one will be much better.

If you do this,you need to earth it to metal somewhere...
