Dash removal (Lower section)

Right iv jus taken the top section of my dash off thanks to the helpful guide on the site,

Jus wondering how tricky it was to take the lower section off, will i need to remove my head unit etc.?

Iv also got a clifford alarm will this cause any
problems ?
