dashboard lights

hello, noticed tonight that all my dash lights arnt working, dials, heater controls etc. checked the fuse box and a fuse was blown so i changed it and as soon as i switched the lights on it blew again? my mate recons a bulbs fused and this is whats causing it, says the most likely one is the fag ligher bulb (fag lighter got used today for the first time in ages too!)

any ideas?

turned out to be a fused tail light bulb causing this problem, its sorted now
