DCI Induction kits?

  The Black Beast
I have an 05 plate DCI clio (65 brake :dapprove:) i bought an induction kit the other week and it fitted, with a bit of a push, but it was mounted right above the engin, i didnt think anythin of it then.
a week later i smelt somthin wrong under the hood, i looked and my induction kit had melted! annoyed the hell out of me, but im just lookin for any advice on what to do and what induction kit to buy to overcome this annoyance again! cheers

Use original induction kit and get a different panel filter for it.

The 65dci gets hot back there. The turbos sitting right there with a direct feed to the intake it must be pushing some seriouu temps there.
There no need for one you won't get any more power get a tunning box if you want more power.
But a better idea is to change the oil more often makes a big difference.
A panel filters a better idea for some more noise or get some piping and move the fiilter to the front grill to get some cold air intake which will help reduce spool up time although you'd never notice.
