DCI Suspension woes...

  Renault Clio DCi 65
Evening all,
Having some problems with the suspension on my dci clio. Firstly I put some Cooksport springs on the original suspension, the handling was great but found it wasn't very comfortable over bumps and on b roads. Fast forward too now; I have now fitted sport running gear to help suit the springs but I'm still finding the ride bad at times. I'm not sure if it's worth trying some new dampers, different springs or going down the coil over route.
Also I've found over some bumps or potholes there can sometimes be a nasty bang coming from the front like engine mounts, gearbox mount?

This is exactly the problem I have matey. It's like clattering from the front when going over bumps. I can only think it's top mounts.
