De-cat for a 1.4 16v???

Does anybody know where I can get a de-cat pipe for my 1.4 16v from?? I have bin told it will make a spectacular noise and will give a little bit performance wise due to the full exhaust

DOH!! my garage said they could completely take it out and weld a bit of pipe in place but then the noise in the middle of the car would be unbearable!!

Please post anybody in the know!!!
