DE-CAT PIPE ON 172

Has anyone had this modification done to there MK1 or MK2 172.

I phoned the dealer who fitted my powerflow up to the cat to ask how much to fit a de-cat pipe. He told me it will cost £88 all in, BUT, he told me there is sensors both sides of the cat to show up faults, and the sensor light would show on the dash when he removes the cat. He also said that the light can be switched off by means of diagnostic correction. Is this true ?????

hes right about the twin lamdas and it going to poo, but you cant turn it off untill the problems corrected.
