Dead 1.2 clio 2001 Help !!

Just gone out to my 1.2 clio no central locking and non start allso I have found the windows and hazards not working but all the dash lights come on and sterio works this has happens befor but I did nothing to it and a week later it was fine can any one help

check relays below dash/in passenger footwell. Control things like central locking etc. If you put the key in and turn it round (but not start) do you hear the characteristic 'click' of the relay and the hummm of the fuel primer?
