I'm not too sure how big of a job the clutch is to replace, However if it were me I'd get the belt's done at a specialist place eg. Birchdown, K-Tec etc. The guys at Birchdown changed my belts, replaced two rear shocks and even fixed my dodgy exhaust hanger for just over £300.

Not a bad quote from a Renault dealer but Ktec or Rentech would be about £800. Where are you based?
