Dealer tuning

If you get the feeling you car just isnt feeling 100%. Do you take it to the main dealer and ask them to check it all out on their techno machines?

Do you have to pay for this if they find nothing wrong ?

i imagine (knowing renault) they charge labour rates for plugging in the box and pressing a button.

but you are using their time so they could charge.
